I love Super Massive, but with all the woods and trees types available because of BOP, none of them can be found! The swamp land eventually turns into other biomes but never BOP biomes and the Snow Area goes on forever in every direction! I'm already Canadian, I'll have none of that thank you! But seriously where's the diversity in the survival world? It feels very colourless sometimes and not to mention, when will the HUB have more portals?

The hub has definitely been neglected, that much is true! As for the BOP biomes, unfortunately, there's no way to get the BOP biomes to start spawning without completely resetting Dim0. I've looked up on this extensively, and because our server was created before we added the mod, BOP biomes won't spawn. Which is a gigantic bummer. All we get are the biomes added to the nether, because we reset Dim-1 when we updated to 1.7.10.

I've looked up on this extensively, and because our server was created before we added the mod, BOP biomes won't spawn. Which is a gigantic bummer. All we get are the biomes added to the nether, because we reset Dim-1 when we updated to 1.7.10. Mmm... You know, we've only got three players right now, really. Sounds like you may be considering Dungeonpack as well... Perhaps save people's homes as schematics, and reset the world? Then you could have people say where they want their new home, and then we've got two more mods actively making things better. Hell, you could even look over ChocolateQuest, too, and see if you'd be willing to put time into balancing that and adding proper loot to its chests, use CustomNPCs to create custom recipes that should be there for its armor, etc. etc....

That's actually not a bad idea... It wouldn't be too hard, just time consuming. Also, adding recipes that are missing using customNPCs is a great idea, that is if there aren't hundreds upon hundreds of them. I'll go give those mods a more thorough look over.
However, BOP just isn't gonna happen on this server in 1.7.10. Last time I was messing with it, it destroyed half of the pre-rendered world of Super Massive, soooo yeah. Unless we start completely over, or the dev provides a work-around, BoP will remain only in the nether.

However, the Custom NPCs crafting recipes seems like a good plan for a lot of our item troubles, especially the Metallurgy/TiC ingot issue. Metallurgy and TiC each have the same ingots, but with different IDs, messing up some recipes and making it a pain to sell them to shops. For example, getting a copper ingot from a smeltery gives you a TiC ingot, but deconstructing a block of copper give you a Metallurgy one. Maybe we can just make a recipe that can convert the Metallurgy ingots into TiC ones and vice-versa? We could also conceivably make the Carpentry Bench available, as it grants access to the basic CustomNPCs furniture (weapon racks, campfires, etc).

I haven't encountered this issue yet as ore dictionary is suppose to fix it. I also just assumed ExtraTiC would fix incompatibilities between the two mods. Access to the Carpentry Bench may be available already, but of course, the recipe is a mystery to all. We should set up a thread maybe with all the server specific recipes added by CustomNPCs?

NEI plugin do's work i think, i worked with it before EDIT: It works but it also do's not have the recipe for it

Hm... Speaking of ores and metals and diversity... If we do go through with a reset for all this, can we be sure there ISN'T a diversity among ores of the same type in the world? I'm pretty sure I've found at least two kinds of copper ore around

I think adding in Carpenter's blocks and maybe dungeonpack would be def worth the reset. Some awesome dungeons to explore in survival would be sweet, and the CRAZY options for creation with Carpenter's is amazing. I'd definitely be behind a reset sometime soon. P.S sorry I haven't been checking the forums enough guys Work has just been nuts lately
